RTO means return to origin — the parcel goes out, is not delivered, and comes back to you. In India, about 23% of cash-on-delivery orders become RTO, and you pay the shipping both ways.
Ordally gives every order a risk score before you ship it, marks the risky ones, and lets you confirm them on WhatsApp. So you do not spend money sending parcels that will come back.
A few minutes. Install it, add the risk block to your order page once, and Ordally reads your existing orders. You do not have to wait to collect data.
It learns from your own order history — how often deliveries fail in that area, the payment method, whether the customer has ordered before, and the order value. Every score shows the reasons, so nothing is hidden from you.
No. That is the first thing Ordally shows you. It calculates your exact return rate from your existing orders, free, before you pay anything.
No. Ordally opens WhatsApp on your own device with the message already written. You only have to press send. No Meta verification and no template approval is needed, so it works from the first day.
The message goes from whichever WhatsApp account is logged in on that device. We suggest using the free WhatsApp Business app, so your customer sees your store name and logo instead of an unknown personal number.
Never. Ordally only shows the risk and writes the message.Every decision is yours. The only change it makes to an order is adding a risk tag, and you can switch that off.
No. Everything runs inside your Shopify admin, not on your storefront. There is no effect on your page speed or checkout.
One WhatsApp confirmation for one order. If you open the same order's message again, it is not counted twice.
Yes. Every reporting feature is available on the free plan — reports, risk scores, tagging and written replies. Paid plans give you more confirms per month, priority support and early access to new features.
The confirm button pauses until your next month starts, or until you move to a bigger plan. Everything else keeps working — the report, the risk scores and the tags are never limited.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade any time from inside the app. Billing goes through Shopify, so it comes on your usual Shopify invoice.
Order data is read only when needed and kept in memory for a maximum of 15 minutes. It is never saved to disk. The only exception is a customer's own support message, which is kept with the ticket and then deleted. Full details are in our privacy policy.
No. We do not share it with advertisers and we do not combine data across stores. Your data is used only for your store.
Your settings and login session are deleted. Your orders are not affected — they stay in Shopify, not with us. The risk tags remain unless you remove them.
Write to us directly, or simply try it. The report is free.
